Paul E. Prusakowski, CPO, FAAOP is the founder and CEO of OPIE Software, the leader in O&P Practice Management software in North America founded in 1995. His company is responsible for the business continuity of over 50% of the practices in the United States that rely upon OPIE for clinical, operational, financial, purchasing, compliance, reporting, business intelligence and analytics processes as well as practice management training and support. 

Paul is a Past President of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists, as well as a past executive board member of the Florida Association (O&P) and Florida Chapter (AAOP) where he was instrumental in the passage of one of the nations first O&P Licensure Laws. He is co-founder and director of the Digital Resource Foundation for O&P which maintains an archive of hundreds of volumes of historical O&P literature, as well as an international humanitarian database that connects donors and volunteers to those in need of services globally. 

Paul also owns Gainesville Prosthetics, a boutique clinical practice that serves the needs of patients in North Central Florida and provides a training center for students, residents, and colleagues, as well as provides a testing space for emerging digital and clinical workflows integrated within the OPIE Software.
